Mr. Simmons

So, I guess this is a bit like "Harold Toughens Up", or "Principal Simmons", but bear with me.

So, what if Principal Wartz thought that Mr. Simmons wasn't trying hard enough to be dominant over his class (even though he clearly is doing well just being himself)?

I don't really know what else to add to this thread, so... what do you guys think?

I came up with if this episode could show that not so leadership important but to be in love with your work and to be favoured by children (in a profession of a teacher).

Probably if Simmons tries getting "tougher" he'd go nuts

I think maybe Wartz should witnes a kid doing something wrong (hit, gum unde table, etc), and Simmons just tells him/her it is wrong. Wartz probably thinks he's to "soft" and so he tries to "toughen" Simmons.

I think Wartz won't say children to put the gum under table cause it's the property of school...
But I like if Wartz telling Simmons something so Simmons tries to prove his strength. Perhaps Wartz starts to joke about Simmons in front of class. Like Wartz says something not straight offensive but the sense of it is so.
