Ice and Snow

Ok, I know my ideas aren't that orginal but I thought I'd throw this one out there. It's all just plans, nothing set in stone. Just an idea.

Here's a thought:

What if Arnold’s class along with the rest of PS 118 were stranded at the school during an ice storm? We’ve already seen what happened when it started to flood there but what about a situation without heat as well as no electricity? Would Arnold just sit there and keep everyone in line or would he go find help for his fellow schoolmates? In my head, he and Gerald sneak away to go get help for the school even though rescue teams are occupied with other schools and such. As they sneak out of a window, Helga pops up and Arnold tries to convince her not to tell anyone they’re leaving but she waves it off by telling him she’s going with them rather then sticking around for another loon fest doubled over with the other students in the building as well. The three of them go off during the snow storm and seek out help but end up being drafted by others needing help themselves like stranded drivers, etc. After helping several people at Arnold’s convincing, Helga manages to snap and confronts him about how his goody-two-shoes actions have set them back and Phoebe is probably freezing and she also mentions something about his “precious Lila” when Arnold stops her there. “It’s not like that now!” he states, a little uncomfortable admitting it and Helga falls silent but Gerald interrupts the situation by pointing out a snow plow and some police on snow mobiles to which they rush over try and talk them into going over to PS 118. It’s ending with the students being rescued and being taken home when Helga ducks behind a not really necessary ambulance and peeks out at Arnold as Lila approaches him and they speak rather normally before Lila is escorted off home by an officer. Arnold seems relieved he can talk normally to Lila now and he notices Helga peeking out. Upon seeing his confused expression and knowing she’s caught, Helga thinks of nothing she can do. She approaches him a few steps, rubbing the back of her neck. “Nice going, football head. You managed to save the school, as usual.”
“Yeah, including Gerald and you as well, I guess we did.”
“You bet I’m included, bucko! Don’t think for a second you and Geraldo are going to get off with all the praise from this.” With that, Helga trudges off through the snow, not needing an escort home since she knows no one will be rushing out, relieved to see her alive.
Arnold just shakes his head or something then goes over to Gerald as the camera zooms out and the scene fades away.

Wow, that's pretty good. Even though it does remind me of the flood episode. You could start it off with the clouds already in the sky and it starting to ice when they just get into school. It would give the episode the whole day to pan out.

The "precious Lila" part is good too but maybe just have Arnold give an uncomfortable look and not say anything. Like he doesn't want to tell Helga anything because he's not sure about his feelings himself.

One more tiny thing: For some reason I'm having a problem with the line "Yeah, including Gerald and you as well, I guess we did." I don't know if it's grammer or just the character but I feel like Arnold would say, "I couldn't have done it without you and Gerald." Cheesy and all that, like he is.

I hope this was constructive and you can turn this into a script.

Thank you for being honest and I'm glad someone likes the idea of it.
