So what if 1 character or more have to act the oposite?
Maybe a bet?

Curly You're right! I can't go on without my sugar lips!

Sid: I'll give you 20 bucks.

Curly: Deal.

Helga and Arnold are walking towards each other. Once they reach the corner, they bump into each other. Helga scowls.

Helga: "Hey, watch where you're--."

Helga stops mid sentense, spotting Rhonda, who's giving her an evil grin.

Helga: "I uh, I-I mean..." *twitch* "...h-how's it going, Arnold?" *twitch*

Arnold: "Uh, everything's going fine, Helga."

Arnold helps Helga up.

Arnold: "Hey, Helga..."

Helga: *twitch* "Yes?"

Arnold: "Are you feeling okay?"

Helga: *twitch* "I'm just peachy, Arnold."

Rhonda's in the sidelines, giggling. Suddenly, Curly leaps up behind her, and snips a piece of her hair off. Rhonda glares after him.

Rhonda: "Ugh! Watch it, you little--"

Rhonda stops in mid sentence, spotting Helga throwing her an evil grin.

Rhonda: "Uh--I mean, oh, Thaddeus, you're so funny..." *twitch*

Meanwhile, Curly's laughing at the other end of the hallway. Sid walks by, eyebrow raised.

Sid: "Boy Howdy, Curly, you cut off another piece of Rhonda's hair? This is just getting ridiculous."

Curly: "Ridiculous, you say? Well, I'd like to see you try not doing so-and-so or what's-it's-face..."

Sid: "Well, I bet you can't go on without sniffing Rhonda for thirty minutes!"

Curly: "You're right! I can't go on without my sugar lips!"

Sid holds out a hand.

Sid: "I'll give you 20 bucks."

Curly takes his hand in a handshake.

Curly: "Deal."

Well, I'd expect lemon pudding to go fast at P.S. 118...

So, I'd expect Curly to always rush in, maybe skip in line to get the last one, or maybe the last ten, just to woo Rhonda. This would lead to Stinky not getting his share.

So, when Curly finally takes on a bet that he can't be all clingy-clingy with Rhonda, he won't be taking all the lemon pudding... which means Stinky finally gets his lemon pudding!

So then Stinky being overly excited could lead to his bet with Gerald or something.

I don't think we need to focus on ALL the characters, but since we've already done a few with Helga and Rhonda I guess we need to get some other characters in there...XD

I LOVE the idea of Helga and Rhonda being bet that they can't be nice to Arnold and Curly. Arnold will be so freaked out and Curly will just be like "MY HEART REJOICES!!" XDXD

Mayyyybe Gerald is not allowed to be a ladies' man, Phoebe is not allowed to raise her hand in class, Stinky is not allowed to eat lemon pudding or say "Willikers," and Sid is not allowed to talk about frogs or say "Boy howdy." XD I dunno.
