Katy Perry/HA! music video with a Spongebob cameo?

I have this dumb/funny idea to advertise for the 6 season. It's a music video using Katy Perry's "Thinking of You."
Basic plotlline: a girl (representing HA! fans) is depressed and thinking about all the good times of watching Hey Arnold! and stuff. There are flashbacks of being younger and watching HA! episodes and "hanging out" with Arnold (the visual is used as a representation of how much Arnold was a good part of our childhood). There are also going to be scenes of the girl changing the channels and stopping at Nickleodeon, only to find that they're showing Spongebob Squarepants and her being forced "to be" with Spongebob. (There's going to be a guy in a Spongebob costume; I think I can get one from the Spongebob fanclub at my university, haha.)

It's just a silly little idea I can't get out of my head. Haha. What do y'all think?

lol That'd be pretty neat to see. Were you thinking of having actual people act out the scenes or have someone animate it or a mix of the two (if possible)?

It might be easier to make (and watch, for those w/ low attention spans) if we were to edit the song and make it shorter. But if we manage to do the whole song, too, that would be awesome. Cool idea!

Are you sure that declaring war on the Bikini Bottom Empire is a good idea? It's strong, and many people like it.

I dont find it offensive ;s I mean, im a huge spongebob fan. But just in case you're afraid you might offend the fans, WARN them (in the title of the video) that this may be pretty offensive. So, they can't say bash us up for not warning them. Also, we can put an 'we mean it in the least offensive way as possible' so they know we're just doing it out of love and fun of HA!

Yeah, a warning would cool. "We are nuts and jealous, cope with it or leave".

I am the main developer of Hey Arnold Wiki, and I have to admit that SpongeBob Wiki unattainable for me. It's so cool...

If there's someone that can edit music, then that would be great! I don't think I can actually have a 4 minute and a half video of someone moping around, haha.

I'm pretty sure the fan club will be all right with it. I don't plan to bash the show at all (even though I'm not a fan, haha).
But I guess a warning label will be good.

We could just play the chorus cos some parts don't fit. Especially the part where it goes 'he kissed my lips, I taste your mouth' xD

I might be able to edit the track into a shorter version if you could email me the mp3. I can't guarantee it will turn out great, but I was able to come up with a pretty good edit for 'A Day in the Life' for one of my videos, if I do say so myself.

It would also be funny if you had a Helga and an Arnold costume. Then you could basically remake the music video by having Helga wishing she was with Arnold, but she's stuck with Spongebob. I guess Arnold/Helga costumes would be pretty hard to find, though. lol
