Deleting Inactive Users
Effective September 6, 2009, forum administrators will begin to delete inactive forum users. Non-registered forum members that have not visited in 30 days and have made no posts to the forums will be given a 1 week notice to visit the HA6S forums before their account is deleted. The HA6S forum's user list will be cleaned at the end of every month (excluding September 6, 2009's clean-up).
The following users are at risk of having their accounts deleted by September 6, 2009:

Our advertising team is currently discussing our first theatrical trailer and design of the HA6S logo. If you have any ideas, please visit their thread here.

Letter to Craig Bartlett
Although we haven't received a response from Nick yet, we should start to prepare to write a letter to Craig Bartlett, preferably by snail mail (as it is a bit more personal). We need at least one volunteer who knows how to contact Craig Bartlett to tell him about this project. Tendra91 will tell you what details you need to include in the letter. If you don't know how to contact Craig but know somebody who does, can you please ask them if they're willing to volunteer for this job? Thanks!
Registration Reminder
A reminder to all people who have created an account on the HA6S forums but have yet to register as a HA6S staff member that they need to visit the "Register as a Staff Member” sub-forum and post a thread with their registry information so that they may gain greater access to the forums.

Letter to Nickelodeon
We have yet to receive a reply from Nickelodeon. If we do not receive a reply from Nickelodeon by September 15, 2009, we will proceed to inform Craig Bartlett about this project and a second letter will be resent to Nickelodeon.
