Okay, this is a pretty good start. I actually can give you some pointers on how to improve your Helga drawings. The main thing that you can improve on your drawing is the shape of Helga's head. Helga's head is always the shape of a circle, never an oval, even if she is an adult. So I played around with your picture, and this is the result:

Okay, for the first Helga, I just drew a simple circle on top of her head. This is the shape that you want for her head. The second picture, I just shrunk it horizontally so that her head shape becomes more of a circle. You can see how it looks closer to the HA! style of Helga.

The good news about your drawing is that it's generally well drawn, the only problem with it was that it was stretched out, and that's something that can be easily fixed. So next time when you draw Helga, try to squish her down horizontally so that you get that circular shape. Overall, well done!
