HA6S Holiday Party and Rescheduled Chat

Hi everyone!

Next Sunday (December 18th) we will be having our next HA6S staff meeting. This meeting is open to all HA6S staff members. We'll be discussing the overall progress of the project as well as specific episodes.

The meeting will be via Skype conference voice chat (no video). If you plan on attending, please send mrshowtime a personal message with your Skype ID (or you can send it to me and I'll forward it to him).

The meeting will be at 2100 UTC (I'll list some additional time zones below).

4:00 pm Eastern, U.S./Canada time
3:00 pm Central, U.S./Canada time
2:00 pm Mountain, U.S./Canada time
1:00 pm Pacific (West Coast), U.S./Canada time

So it seems like a bunch of us are unable to make it to the meeting today, so unfortunately we'll have to reschedule it, if that's okay with everyone. How does Wednesday Dec the 21st work for everyone?

Uhh...as long as it is before 11 am central time, I'll be able to make it...

I have school, it'd have to be AFTER 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time.

I would suggest somewhere around 4:00 or 5:00, I think many people can make that...

If I am unable to attend, I'd love to at least get a .doc of what was covered during the meeting. Thanks!

Sorry about all the confusion today, everyone.

As Tendra said, we're planning to reschedule the meeting sometime soon. Unfortunately, I don't think there's a way to schedule the meeting so that everyone can attend, but I'll work with everyone's schedules as much as possible.

So, if you would like to attend the meeting, please post the date and time that would best work for you. We would like to have this meeting before Jan. 1st, if possible.

Please post this information as soon as you can so we can decide the best way to do this.

We can certainly provide notes to anyone who cannot attend the meeting.

Weekends are best for me. But this week, I'm off work after the 22nd...
Or any weekday BEFORE 11 am (Central) works for me. I have a terrible schedule with this mandatory overtime at work, so if I can't make it, I'd like to at least get a copy of what was discussed, just so I'm up to par on what's going on. ><

Sorry our last chat didn't work out as planned. I'd like to reschedule another voice chat for sometime next week, but until then I think we should have a holiday party.
