Does Gerald or Phoebe know about Arnold/Helga's relationship?

I'm pretty sure that Phoebe knows about it-- because it's been hinted a few times she does.

But what about Gerald? Does he have any secret clue? Or has he always been unsuspecting?

It's been heavily hinted here and there that Pheobe knows about Helga's crush on Arnold. For example, I believe it's in the episode "Helga's Love Potion" (the one where Helga takes a potion to try to forget about Arnold) where Helga uses the analogy (more like code-word) "chocolate", to talk about Arnold, and Phoebe was able to give some good advice regarding "chocolate". I think Helga also almost slipped and almost said "Arnold" in the context of talking about chocolate.

Gerald is somewhat oblivious about Helga's crush on Arnold, and any potential feelings Arnold may return to Helga. For example, in the episode "Married" (the one where Arnold and Helga both dream about what it would be like if they got married, quite a funny episode by the way!), when Arnold was telling Gerald about his dream, Gerald was in relative disbelief (kind of like, "Helga? Are you kidding me?). As far as Gerald is concerned, Helga is somewhat of a jerk, although there are times when they get along.

I believe in an interview w/ Craig Bartlett about the Jungle Movie, Gerald is supposed to walk in the middle of Helga and Arnold kissing at the very end. When Arnold tries to make up lame excuses, Gerald is actually suppose to talk it quite well (e.g. "Right. Suuuuuuureeee you were."). So in some ways Gerald might have had a few suspicions or two.

As far as I'm concerned Nickelodeon has kind of lost it's...charm over the years. Now I only really enjoy 90s Are All That and Teenick (for most of the stuff on there that isn't degrassi )
On the note of Phoebe and Gerald though...Phoebe definitely has a pretty good idea. Gerald...yeah like tendra said he may be oblivious for the most part besides a few small clues every now and then
