Has Craig [Bartlett] considered Kickstarting TJM?

I know talks about The Jungle Movie have been scarce as of late, and that Craig Bartlett is still working on Dinosaur Train, as well as a new educational animated series he's recently announced.

But I realized this idea recently-- what if Craig, the next time he has free time on his hands, considering kickstarting HA!'s TJM on Kickstarter. A lot of professionals have used it in 2012... Doug TenNapel, John Kricfalusi, Tom Bancroft, Eric Powell, etc. Then again, he did say that Nickelodeon still owns all of the HA! properties-- unless he asked permission, or perhaps persuaded Nickelodeon to sponsor the project (especially since some executives have spoke with him recently about getting back in touch with their roots).
