Mai and Olga becoming friends...

We only saw Mai once in Arnolds Christmas, a episode about her and Olga becoming BFF's seems suitable because they kinda have the same hair style, and there both really nice, too nice... What if Arnold gets annoyed by Mai and Helga gets Annoyed by Olga???

PLZ give me feedback any ideas are welcome!

And I'm favoring it 'cause I'd like to see Mai one more time and there can be some moral side...but I haven't devised what would be one.

Yeah, and it's funny because I think they have the same hairstyle. lol

An episode that includes Mai would be nice. And the good news is that there's a lot of possibilities of what kind of person Mai could be b/c we only heard, what, 1 line from her?

This idea kind of reminds me of the Lil Sis / Big Sis episode. XD

Is she going to know martial arts like Pooki? lol

I would like to see Olga being into martial arts. First she hurts you really bad, then she annoys you to death by her concern.

lol maybe helga would get so annoyed she would try to make them have a fight, she would say to olga something mai stole your hairstyle but dyed in a diffrent colour oh no baby sister she everyone has that hairstyle" olga would say "oh yeah who?" "well there mai and well theres me and oh she did steal it I'll go talk to her later but now my (any foriegn food) is still cooking but when i am done"

then helga goes to mai's house and tells her the same thing, and she would get mad too but says later because shes tuturing her baby neighbour, helga wonders who that is but in the end gives up.

As interesting as the idea is, I don't find anyone getting annoyed at Mai, save for perhaps Helga--should Mai make it a big public spectacle as to WHO helped her find her father again.

I think the idea is semi-plausible if you rework the scenario a bit.

If Mai ever met Helga again (in the vicinity of Arnold), I'd imagine it be something like:

Mai: "Oh, Helga! Hey! How are you? I haven't seen you since--"
[Mai stops in her sentence as she sees Helga giving the death glare at her]
Mai: "Um. Sorry, what was your name again?"
Arnold: O____o

Helga probably told Mai not to say anything about her helping out to Arnold on that Christmas night already but the general idea of Olga and Mai possibly becoming friends seems likely. I need to re-read this forum before I try to give anymore opinions though. xD

Hm...I don't know. I never got the impression that Helga would threaten Mai the way she does everyone else, esp. considering the altruistic situation in which they met. Besides, I find it far more entertaining that Helga would have been so caught up in her innocent mission that she forgot to cover her tracks by saying she wanted to keep this a secret.

Mai running up and hugging Helga while thanking her would not only be very sweet to see, but it'd put Helga on the spot. Sure, Mai could be interrupted by Helga denying having met her--the running gag of the episode could be Helga dodging to avoid Mai in public, but desperately trying to snag her in private to explain her situation and why she doesn't want to be revealed before Arnold can get to Mai first and ask how she recognized Helga.

Really, it can go either way as to who succeeds first--the big difference between this situation and earlier seasons is that Helga had not confessed yet. By this point in time, she has, and I think it'd be good for the new season if Arnold were to learn just how sincere Helga was about her 'heat of the moment' confession. Ideally, by the end of S6, Arnold would have to consciously acknowledge that the confession wasn't solely a product of reckless abandon and that Helga meant it, and has meant it for a very long time.

I mean, subconsciously, Arnold knows this. Hell, one could even argue that subconsciously, Arnold's already a bit into Helga as well--and it would set up great foundation for the two in the Jungle Movie if we can get Arnold to the point where he is consciously aware of not only Helga's feelings, but his as well. The series thus far has proven over and over again that many of the qualities he finds attractive in women are qualities that Helga possesses and more, though she hides it beneath her facade.

I wonder if Arnold ever went up to that guy in the office and asked him why he changed his mind? Why?
