Well, let's not forget that the ocean isn't the only body of water that can have a coast. Rivers have them too!

And yeah, I think Principal Wartz should step in after Simmons says, "We have a very special guest here to talk to us about Central America", teach a little about Central America in general (he points out San Lorenzo on a map, which captures Arnold's interest), and start talking about how there's lots of jungles there (aaand cue Arnold's daydream! XD).
